My passion is supporting people in their projects and life situations.
My motto, “Growing in every role”, means to me creating a safe space where growth is possible for everyone – free from prejudice and judgement.
As a qualified coach (Counsellor certified by BVPPT, IHK and SPIEGEL Academy), I combine three elements into a holistic process: Through coaching (one-to-one or group sessions), we help you discover your personal potential. By using creativity, we open up new avenues for solutions. And through education and inclusive concepts, we foster a lasting culture of appreciation and diversity. Promoting diversity is a cause close to my heart, because we all deserve the chance to grow.
